Update using USB
Connect your to a computer and follow these simple steps.
- Connect your device.
Connect the PC/Power USB-C socket on your to your computer using a USB data cable.
On your CatTouch7PRO, use the top USB-C port when the three USB ports are on the right side of the screen. If the screen is flipped and the ports are on the left, use the bottom USB-C port. Connect that port to your computer using a USB data cable.
- Click Install using USB.
Your browser will ask which USB connection to use.
- Choose your device.
Select its USB connection and click Connect. Leave the cable connected until the update finishes.
Select the USB connection for the update port you connected, then click Connect. Leave the cable connected until the update finishes.
Connection and troubleshooting details
Having trouble connecting? Close any radio-control or serial-monitor program, unplug and reconnect the cable, then try again.
Alternative method — update with a microSD card
If you prefer, you can update without connecting your CatTouch to a computer.
- Download the update.

Copy it to your microSD card.
Use a FAT32-formatted microSD card. Copy
directly onto the card, not inside a folder. Keep the filename exactly as shown, then safely eject the card from your computer. -
Insert the card.
Turn off your , insert the card, then turn it back on.

Let it finish.
The screen will show update progress and restart automatically. Wait until the normal screen returns.
If it doesn't start updating, check the file name and that the file is directly on the card.
